JDT Islam Football Team consisting of the students of JDT Islam Higher Secondary and VHSS under 19 category won the Chevayur Sub District School Football Championship. JDT team defeated NGO Quarters Govt. Higher Secondary School in the match held at JDT Islam Main Ground.

Calicut: Four NCC Cadets from JDT Islam institutes to Thal Sainik camp where Participating NCC Cadets from various states of India. The All India Tal Sainik Camp will be held in Delhi from 19th to 29th of this month. Ayesha Tabassum, daughter of Moozhikal Abdul Kabir and Rahmat Nisha, a 9th class student of JDT Islam High School. MT Shruti is a third year student of JDT ISLAM Arts College and is the daughter of Peruwayal Sunil Kumar and Nimni. Hisham Ashraf, 3rd year mechanical engineering student of JDT Islam Hassanaji Memorial Polytechnic College and son of Ashraf and Hajara couple of Nathapuram Vanimel North. Muhammad Safwan, second year student of JDT Islam Polytechnic Mechanical Engineering and son of Koloth and Kadav Cholakuzhi Veeran Kutty and Munira couple, are participating in the camp. They got a place in the 91 member team of Kerala and Lakshadweep NCC Directorate. They participate in firing, obstacle training and tent pitching. Also, competitions are held between 17 directorates in the fields of map reading, field craft, health and hygiene and firing.

The 'My JDT Clean JDT' initiative started as part of the JDT Campus Comprehensive Cleaning Project. The poster release held at the JDT main office was by Secretary Dr. Idrees, Committee Officers Hilal Hasan, Muhammad Qasim and Veerankutty, Administrative Officer KK Hameed.

NSS and NCC Unit of JDT Islam Polytechnic college conducted Mega Blood Donation Camp on 11th September 2023 from 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM at ICT Hall (Near JDT Islam Convention centre). The Camp is conducted in Association with GWHC Kottapparambu and IQRAA International Hospital. The Mega Blood Donation Camp included Blood Donation Camp, Blood Group Detection and Eye testing.

Once again, NSS unit HHM JDT Islam Polytechnics College has achieved the best NSS unit under the technical cell in Kerala. During the academic year 2022-23, the NSS unit of the polytechnic has conducted 200+ programs and activities in various sectors. One of the prestigious projects called 'Punergeni' was associated with Kozhikode Medical College, and our volunteers repaired the medical equipment for a value of one crore. Our NSS program officer, Mr. Sadiq AM, Lecturer in the Automobile department, bagged the state award for the best program officer. Mr. Dilu Nihal, a 3rd-year Electrical and Electronic engineering student, was honored as the best NSS volunteer in the state. Ms. Lubna E and Amruth E bagged the top scorer award in the state."

The Civil Engineering Department of JDT Islam Polytechnic College released their most prestigious creation of this academic year – 2nd Edition Magazine - VAZHIVILAKKE-23, on 6th July 2023. The Chief Guest of this function was Dr. Maqbool T K (Principal, JDT Arts, and Science College). On this occasion, the chief guest inspired the audience with valuable words on “Balancing Ethics and Profession” and emphasized not to compromise on quality and moral values as a Civil Engineer. "TALAASH 2K23" HHM JDT Islam Polytechnic College celebrated its annual day, "TALAASH 2K23," on the 25th of June 2023. The honorable secretary of JDT Islam Orphanage and Educational Institutions, Dr. IDREES, inaugurated the program. Principal Manuel George, Students Academic Council staff coordinator Ms. Remya M K, Senior Lecturer Ms. Lisha AP, Students Union Chairman Mr. Aswin P Krishna, and all HODs graced the occasion. Some spectacular performances from the students added to the program. Kerala's most popular and highly anticipated band, "Street Academics," also performed at the event.

On the occasion of World Photography Day, J. D. T Islam College of Arts and Science Department of Multimedia conduct Exhibition of Over 100 Cameras of 200 Years old. It was held at JDT Convention Center. In the event, J. D. T Joint Secretary Hilal Hassan performed the inauguration. Principal Dr. Maqbool T. Jimmy John, Head of K Multimedia Department was also present. Program led by Assistant Professor Muhammad Rauf K.

JDT Islam New Hope English Medium School Students house wise performance of different activities based on CBSE Malabar sahodaya kalotsav 2023. The festival provides a platform for students to share their talents and creativity with their peers and the broader school community. The school held the ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was the occasion where the young students were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school. To inculcate the leadership qualities in students and to give them a feel of being an important and integral part of the administrative body, is formed every year.
